I think so, but I am just not sure whether Iowa will truly go smoke free.  The Iowa House and Iowa Senate, as you will recall, passed very different versions of the legislation.  Now, a ten-legislator conference committee has to hash it out.  The ten legislators have wildly diverse ideas and opinions.  Still, looking at the group, it seems more likely than not (my guess) that Iowa will indeed go smoke free.
